Don't know if you were actually expecting an answer, but... ^^;

Kami thinks David Tennant would be a good actor for 300. I feel his voice isn't quite smooth enough, but he does have the correct accent (and masterful control of it at that), and I can't think of a better alternative. As for 250... after giving it a lot of thought... I'd pick Jeff Bennett. His natural voice is very all-American to me, and his range is vast enough that he could reach the deeper tones necessary for 250's level of manliness.
